Not quite up and running, but I'm at the Library to let everyone know I made it and Frala is still doing EXCELLENT in her course.

We will have the net at home on sunday, may or may not come before Frala has to leave for the airport.

I have our tickets for Harry tomorrow night, now she just needs to make sure she gets the early flight if not, I can't promise not to see it without her. *EG*

I promise an addy will be sent out, I would hate to miss getting loverly x-mas cards.

and we are leaving first thing in the morning. All i have left to do is go visit TWCM tonight for a bit.

My new manager called me today and it looks like I'll be starting work a few days earlier than I was told. It sucks cause I was going to pick up Frala on Harry Potter Day in Calgary then we could be back in Edmonton and see the movie not so late.

Now we won't get to see it until saturday afternoon. :(

Frala just got back into Calgary tonight. She is doing EXCELLENT in her course. :)

I'm not sure when we'll get the net at our new place but either Frala or I will be sure to let people know. :)

First off I have to say Happy Birthday to Katie from Frala and Me.

Secondly Frala says hi to everyone, and I know I don't have everyone she does on her friends list so if people can kind of let other people know.

She's in Calgary, and had her first day of school/training today. It went well. She's having a good time with the group from Edmonton.

I'm checking her mail for her so if you need to get a message to her you can send it to her or to me, and I will transfer it on to her.

Believe me I will be talking to her EVERYDAY!!!!!! or else I may go into withdrawls *G*

I'm trying to remember a book I read when I was in my teens about this girl who was out sunbathing in her backyard when she's like thirteen and this guy breaks into her house and kills her mom and shoots her.

She wakes up from a coma like four years later and can remember only bits and pieces about what happened.

If anyone knows anything about this book could you please let me know.

Usually when I go to pick out a birthday card for Frala I have to force myself not to get sick over how sickingly sweet the cards usually are, but this time there were three that I really liked, I actually had to choose between ones I liked not which one wouldn't make her gag more.

But onto other Birthday news, because:

A) she didn't tell me anyone to write for her
and
B) even if she had of, I probably wouldn't have been able to come up with something, I did a little something different for her Birthday this year.

I finally got caught up again today, well with hockey dreams at least. I was the farthest behind I've ever been and it feels so good to have my inbox empty of all the fic I've been hoarding to read.

Now I'll feel less guilty when I write instead of doing Feedback.

Works actually going good, even though it feels like I spend way too much time at work all the time, and when I'm home I'm still dealing with work with the phone calls and orders and schedules I do at home.

Man it feels like forever since i've spent a whole day on the net, but it's been nice talking to people on AIM *higs Caroline and Mae* And actually going to IHC again. I've had much fun.

The Oilers play tonight not that we get the game, but if nothing is on TV, I might listen to some of it on the radio. It's so unfair that we don't get the games.

I think it's time to call the sattleite company and bitch again. Not that it ever does any good.

*sighs* I guess I should go find something for supper.

My schedule at work right now is really hectic, and in the next two to three months is going to be getting worse and worse.

So my time on the net is decreasing so instead of me just slipping further and further behind, I thinned out my friends list.

nothing personal to anyone I took off, I just don't have the time.

The other assistant manager is taking hte job she was offered, which means starting december 1, I'm second in command. :)

Actually starting december 1, I'm first in command cause Peter is going with her to get her settled for I'm not sure how long which means I get full control over the store.

My test as Peter put it. Which is good, but teh other Assistant manager doesn't know the paperwork and stuff so that could get dicey. IT means I might have to work seven days a week, even if four of htem are only four hour shifts.

Peter just called I guess in the next month I'm going to be teaching Germaine paperwork, oh fun.

Off to Beta for Frala. :)

Okay I got home from work last night, my first night back in almost three weeks. I could rant for a half an hour but I won't.

So Frala and I watch big brother, after I freak out about the size of Ronnie fic. I mean I knew it was long but to see it printed out on my desk was kinda scary.

So we watch big brother and then it's like ten o'clock so I say I'm going to bed. So I grab the fic and start reading it.

At midnight Frala comes in my room and we talk for a bit and she's looking through a box in my room.... And well she'll continue that story in her journal after Smackdown. :)

So I get back to my room, and I'm debating putting Ronnie fic down because I have to be up early to drive my dad to Physio in Dawson.

So I look at the time once more and decide that I can read a bit more, before putting it down. HUGE mistake.

Next thing I know it's alomst four am and I'm lying in bed sniffling. It's soooo good.

So I lay it down and try to go to sleep, but stuff keeps going through my mind. I eventually fall asleep where I have this realy weird dream about James Patrick.. which I can't go into without giving spoilers about the fic.

Luckily the phone rings at seven thirty which usually would piss me off, but it was the hospital in Dawson letting us know that Dad's appointment had been cancelled, and I got to sleep in WOO HOO!!!!

Ranting and Raging to follow

Dad just came home with the mail and yelled down the stairs. "What did you do to get a ticket?" I got kinda nervous cause well when I'm driving on the highway I get kinda speedy, Damn Photo Radar.

Anyway I yell back up and say that I don't know, but maybe it's just a letter telling me that my Driver's Licence needs renewal.

And luckily that's all it was. Then i pointed out that the ticket would come in his or Mom's name anyway since their name's are on the vehicles.

it still gave me a bit of a fright there for a second. But now I have to go get my driver licence done and I just got a new one in January cause I broke my last one.

And they wouldn't let that be my new one that last's for five years cause it wasn't on my birthday. So now I'm gonna have to spend forty more dollars.

Then I sign into my mail, only to see that Yahoo has my layout all mixed up, and well although I think in the long run i may like it, right now it's confusing the crap out of me.

I was gonna go play Hearts or WordWhomp at Pogo and it won't let me.

Then Shirley calls from work to ask why Denise wasn't at work today, when I told her yesterday that she wouldn't be in, as well as that I wrote her a note, cause I know she's going insane and would forget.

Then she bitches about me not doing the Coke Invoice from yesterday, and when I explained that I had already had the Receiving Log done when they were done delivering she said that I still could have done it. *Screams* The last time she worked the day before me she left me four invoices.

When I pointed that out, she said that she had been too busy to do them. So I said that I was to busy yesterday to do the Coke invoice and she said that she looked at my task assignment sheet yesterday and that I did unnecassary things that didn't need to be done.

So I asked like what? And she said the cooler. Well hell We had no water and hardly any pop on the shelf when i got in. OF course I was going to fill it.

So I told her that, and she basically back peddeled and said that it was okay and it wouldn't take her too long to do it.

THEN WHY DID SHE CALL ME!!!!!!!!!!

Argh she pisses me off, this is after she's had to talks with Peter about her attitude to not only me but with other staff as well.

*Punts Her*

Okay I think I'm done now

EDIT Plus we just found out that our dog does have a type of cancer. it's one that has stages, and they should be able to hold off the other stages with pills. Which is good, but she's still sick.

I hope this works cause it wouldn't let me post my last entry.

1. What was the name of your grade school? Babine Elementary Secondary School shortened to BESS, and St. George's Elementary School

2. Did you ever transfer? I did part of grade four in NF, the other part in BC and all of grade five in NF again. So yes.

3. Did you ever go to Sunday School? Yes.

4. What was your favorite subject? Probably English

5. Who was your favorite teacher? I liked Mr. Sutter although he was kinda jerky.

6. Did you have to wear a uniform? Nope

7. Did you have siblings in your grade school? Yup when I started in Kindergarten Frala was in grade 3 and except for my grade five and her grade seven until she graduated we were always in the same school.

8. Did your class ever have to spend time with the kindergartners? not in grade school, but in hichschool I did.

9. Are you still friends with anyone from grade school? No. (I'm not including Frala here or the other friend one)

10. Did your 8th grade class ever have a reunion? grade eight was considered highschool in our school, but no.

11. Did you go? N/A

12. Did you like gym class? Yes, although I liked after school when we used to play floor hockey in the gym even more.

13. What was your favorite game in gym? Dodgeball was fun, but I also really liked Soccer.

14. What did your lunch box have on it? I didn't have a lunch box.

High School

1. What was the name of your high school? Bess Again, LOL I had to call Frala to ask her the name of my other school. And I did grade twelve at Assumption High.

2. Did you ever transfer? Yup for grade twelve it sucked greatly.

3. What was your favorite subject? Writing, English, and Art.

4. Who was your favorite teacher? Mrs. Kuhn

5. Did you have to wear a uniform? Nope

6. Did you have a boy/girlfriend that went to school with you? Nope.

7. Did you get detention/suspension a lot? not a lot.

8. What was the worst thing you ever did to get detention/suspended? I didn't really do bad things, just talk in class and stuff. Although once I threw a piece of paper in the garbage and got a detention.

9. Are you still friends with people from high school? No.

10. Were you part of any clubs or sports? No.

11. Were you popular? kinda

12. Did you care? No

13. What was in your locker? Books and stuff.

14. Did you get into any fights? No

15. Did you have a reunion? No, although next year will be my tenth year anniversary out of highschool.

they finally gave our dad a date for his surgery. Thank god.

I mean I'm in no way shape of form happy that he has to have surgery, but they told him in November that he had to have knee replacement surgery and then made him wait this long.

And it's been horrible having to watch him be in increasingly more and more pain each day and see him age before my eyes.

And I can only hope and pray that this surgery goes a lot better than the last one.

And now that he is off the phone I will call Frala with the good news :)
